Ordering
How do I place an order?
Here's how to customize your order after you've selected your blank garment.
Once you're on any product or package page:
Choose your garment color. You can order up to three total garment colors per order, with the same design and ink colors printed.
Select how many ink colors in your design that you would like printed on the front and/or back of the garment. The more ink colors and print locations, the higher the price will be. We allow up to 6 ink colors on the front and back. For package deals, you may order up to 3 ink colors per side.
Then, upload your design files. We prefer vector file formats such as .ai, .pdf, .eps. If you’re unsure about your file format, please upload the highest resolution file you have. Please use the Order Notes section if there’s anything you’d like to clarify. For example, if you uploaded a multi-colored design file but selected 1 ink color because you want us to turn your design into 1 ink color, please write it in the Order Notes.
Note: If you’re not ready to upload your files, you can email them to help@ultrapress.com after checking out.
You won’t see your uploaded file previewed on the garment before checking out. After placing your order, our art team will create high resolution mockup proofs. You’ll get a chance to review and approve/request changes prior to production.
After uploading your file, select where you would like your design to be placed on the garment. This is just a starting point for our art team. Your proofs will contain detailed print and placement dimensions for you to review.
3. Enter your sizes. The first sizing breakdown fields correspond to the initial garment color you selected on Step 1. You can split your order up to three total shirt colors by checking the box. Our minimum order quantity is 24 total pieces combined between all shirt colors and various sizes. Package deals contain specific minimum quantities that are listed on the package detail page.
What is the minimum order quantity?
24 pieces (various sizes) of the same design per order. Within the 24 pieces you can only order one style of garment but you can select up to 3 garment colors. We require the exact same design and ink colors to be printed on all garment colors within each order.
Package deals contain their own minimums.
How does pricing work?
The price is made up of the garment you choose, the number of ink colors in your design, the number of locations you want printed on your shirt, and the total quantity of shirts you want to order.
The more locations and ink colors you want to print, the more the price will increase.
Overall, the more you order, the lower your per shirt price will be, but price breaks at 48 / 72 / 144 / 288 / 500 pieces will result in bigger discounts.

What are package deals and how are they different from a normal order?
Package deals are the lowest priced orders on our site. However, they contain special requirements such as higher minimum quantities and a max of 3 ink colors per side.
Will I see a final proof before my order prints?
Yes! After you checkout, your order will enter the proofing stage. Our art team will prepare final print ready proofs. You’ll get a chance to review and approve/request changes before your order moves into production.
Can I get a blank sample of the garment?
Yes! Please e-mail sales@discounttees.com and we'll help you out.
What file types do you accept?
Accepted File Types: .ai / .psd / .eps / .pdf / .png / .jpeg
Vector format is preferred. If you're unsure, please upload the highest quality you have.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Through our secure payment portal we accept all major credit & debit cards. We also accept Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can I change my order details after checking out?
Yes! You may change any of your order details BEFORE you approve your final proofs/order specs.
If the changes you request result in additional ink colors and/or print locations (such as adding a back print), then you will be charged an additional amount. You will not receive any partial refunds if you reduce ink colors and print locations from your order during this stage.
Once you approve your final proof details, your order will go into the production stage and no further changes can be made.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, and you'll get a full refund - but only if you cancel before final approval.
If you cancel after you approve your final details, you will be charged a restocking fee of 15% of your total order amount (we will only refund 85% of what you paid).
Note: if we do not hear back from you via email within 7 business days after sending your order proofs for you to review and approve, we will cancel your order minus 15% for restocking. You can still cancel your order and receive a full refund, but we will need to receive a written email reply within 7 business days after sending your proofs.
Can I return or exchange an order?
We strive to match the details on your final approved proof as close as possible. However, if you would like to return your order for any reason, simply ship your order back to us in the original condition that you received it (unworn and unused), within 5 business days of receiving your order. You must pay for the return shipping back to us. Once we receive your order we will refund you the number of pieces we receive back, minus a 20% restocking fee.

What are your turnaround times?
After you place your order, your design will first enter our proofing process. Typically we will need 48-72 business hours* after you checkout to provide you with a print-ready proof. From there, you can review and approve. If you request any changes, we will need 24-48 business hours to send you an updated proof. Upon final approval, your order moves into the production stage.
* You may expedite the proofing process from 48-72 business hours to 24 business hours by paying a $9.99 fee at checkout.
Then, turnaround time starts after you approve your final proof for production. Here’s how turnaround time is calculated and broken down:
(Std Production Time: 5 Business Days) + (Std Ground FedEx Shipping: 1-5 Business Days*)
1. Standard Production Time means we have 5 business days (not counting the day you approved your order) to print your order. Your order will ship out by the end of the 5th business day.
2. Standard Ground FedEx Shipping Time is how long it will take FedEx to deliver your order using their ground service transit time from our printing facility in Miami, Florida → your shipping address. Click here to view FedEx Ground transit times for your shipping address.
Please note standard shipping is 3-5 working days but does not have a guaranteed delivery date.
If you need your order guaranteed in-hands by a certain date, email orders@discountteescorp.com after checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Every order comes with standard ground shipping.
Standard shipping means we will use FedEx Ground service to ship your order. Standard FedEx ground service transit time from our warehouse located in Miami, FL to your shipping address may vary. Click here to view FedEx Ground transit times for your shipping address.
Please note standard shipping does not have a guaranteed delivery date.
Can I split ship my order?
No, we do not split ship orders. The entire order must be shipped to one address. The shipping address must be able to accept UPS deliveries.
Where do you ship to? Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to the 50 United States of America, not including US territories. We do not ship internationally. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
Free Shipping only applies to some product and to the lower 48 United States.
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii do not apply for free ground Shipping

Printing
What type of printing process do you use?
We currently only offer plastisol screenprinting.
For package deals, you may select up to 3 Front / 3 Back ink colors per order.
For non-package deal orders (blanks from our Product Catalog), you may select up to 6 Front / 6 Back ink colors.
Which garment locations can my design be printed on?
We are currently only offering printing on the front and back of the garment.
What are your print sizing limitations?
Our maximum print size on the front and back of most adult shirts are 12 inches x 14 inches.
What is your policy on artwork and artwork ownership?
You attest that you have the right to print your artwork and you give us the permission to print your artwork in order to complete your order. The artwork is always the intellectual property of the customer but any files created by us (such as proofs) are the property of Discounttees.
Can you help me come up with a design?
As long as you have design files, we would be more than happy to assist with layout or adding certain elements such as text to your design during the proofing stage. We do not offer any custom design services where we come up with a design from scratch.
Which printing services you do NOT offer?
We currently do not offer the following:
- Vinyl or heat transfers
- Metallic Shimmer Ink
- Across zipper print (where the print is printed over the zipper)
- Inside screenprinted tags
- Foil or embossed print
- Contract Printing (where we accept client provided garments)
- Sewn tag removal
- Woven labels
- Reflective ink
- Puff inks
- Silicone inks
- Glitter coat
- Applique letters
- All over printing

Which garment locations can my design be printed on?
Yes, but on a case by case basis. Please email sales@discounttees.com and we will help you out.
Can I provide my own blank garments?
No. We do not accept any customer provided garments.
Where can I find info on garment sizing, fit and color?
Each product page contains specific info on all of the above. Please note that this information comes directly from the blank garment manufacturer.

What is your policy on the garment that I order when it comes to sizing, fit and color?
The garments we offer on our site are manufactured by third party companies and not UltraPress.
We have carefully selected certain brands and styles based on several factors including cost, quality, and availability of stock. We have tried our best to make as much information about each garment as available to you as possible. For example, we have included specifications on the garment, fabric, fit, etc.
Once you select and purchase a garment, you are purchasing it as is. We will not provide any credits, partial refunds, or adjustment of any sort if you are unhappy with the garment that you ordered due to the construction, fabric, fit, sizing of the garment.
What if my order contains garment defects?
We will issue you a refund per item for any garments that contain minor defects like holes, discoloration, dirty, etc. We do not provide makeup orders. However, in the extremely unlikely case that you received less items than what you ordered, you will be partially refunded for those missing or defective items.
